Job summary
崗位職責(zé)：

1. Assist the lead international architect as a junior member of design project teams.
協(xié)助外籍主創(chuàng)建筑師進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)工作
2. Work under supervision to complete design drawing tasks.
遵照指引完成設(shè)計(jì)出圖任務(wù)
3. Assist with the preparation of drawings for presentation to clients.
協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備匯報(bào)文本
4. Assist with the preparation of drawings for submission to planning authorities
協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備報(bào)規(guī)文本
5. Research technical standards and local submission requirements.
搜集技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及當(dāng)?shù)貓?bào)規(guī)要求


Qualifications:
任職資格：

1. BA/MA in Architecture or working towards BA/MA in architecture.
建筑學(xué)碩士或本科畢業(yè)生或在讀生
2. High quality student design work.
在校期間的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)完成較為出色
3. Ability to use design software, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe CS. Knowledge of Revit or Rhino would be useful.
能夠使用：AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe CS, 對(duì)Revit或Rhino軟件有了解更佳
4. Some previous work experience would be useful.
具備一定相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳
5. Some knowledge of national and Shenzhen building regulations would be useful.
熟悉國家及深圳市地方建筑法規(guī)更佳
