1、具備大型酒店項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、具備優(yōu)異設(shè)計(jì)及強(qiáng)烈的口頭及書面語言表達(dá)能力；
3、擁有豐富的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能；
4、熟練使用AutoCAD, Photoshop,3DMax,AI,Indesign等專業(yè)軟件；
5、熟悉中國室內(nèi)材料和裝修；
6、熟練運(yùn)用中英文語言交流；
7、擁有5年以上工作經(jīng)歷；
8、擁有建筑學(xué)或室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)士學(xué)位。

9、具備帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目的能力與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

1、Experience　in　large-scale,hospitality　design.
2、Knowledge　of　strong　verbal　and　written　language　skills.
3、Project　management　experience　is　essential　with　strong　leadership　within　team　environment.　
4、Knowledge　of　AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D computer skills.
5、Knowledge　of　Chinese　interior　material　and　construction　practices.
6、Knowledge　of　fluent　Mandarin-English　skills.
7、5　years　Education　required.
8、Bachelors　in　Architecture　or　Interior　Design.

9、Knowledge　of　team leadership.
