Senior Architect in Tianjin office 

 

ProgettoCMR (Beijing) is the Chinese branch of one of the major Italian Architectural design firms. The company is welcoming applications for a Senior Architect position for our Tianjin office.

 

Responsibilities:
• working with chief Architects in order to develop suitable design strategies. 
• Carrying out research and analysis as needed for a project. 
• Hands on design role from Concept to Construction drawings.
• Small design teams management
• Liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Local Authorities.
• Some site supervision as needed.
 

Requirements:
• Master Degree (or alternatively Bachelor’s degree) in Architecture or Urban Design, with at least 7-12 years work experience. Sound Chinese experience, some overseas experience preferable.
•Strong concept design skills.
• Good presentation skills
• Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations in the design and construction industry
• Excellent portfolio of built projects.
• Site Experience. 
• Team management skills
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop
• Experience of 3D programs such as Studio Max, Sketch-up preferred.
• Good hand drawing skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Excellent organizational skills. 
• Native Mandarin speaker required. Fluency in English essential
