Progetto (Beijing) is welcoming applications for a Project Manager position for our Tianjin office. 
 

The successful candidate is a Chinese professional fluent in spoken and written English, with at least 8-10 years experience. 

 More specifically he/she would: 
- Be an experienced professional who continues to develop his/her skills and expertise. 
- Be able to handle many different types of projects and types of work due to a strong generalist background.
- Possess excellent technical skills, and strong personal initiative. He/she will work with the highest standards of innovation, flexibility and creativity in developing solutions for our Clients’ projects.
- Have a sound practical experience of the Chinese design and construction industry.
-Be able to liaise effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Local Authorities.
- Have a good understanding of how to manage the workflow of an architectural consultancy.

Compulsory requirements include: 
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Master’s degree preferred.
Thorough Knowledge of codes and regulations in the Chinese construction industry.
Sound site experience in China and possibly abroad.
Design management and design compliance review experience.
Multidisciplinary consultants coordination experience.
Clients liaison experience.
Team management experience
Strong attention to details. 
Excellent organizational skills.
Capability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
