工作職責：Responsibilities
1. 負責成各類型旅游景區(qū)、度假村、主題公園等旅游項目的整體策劃和規(guī)劃；
Responsible for completing the overall planning and programming of all kinds of tourism project include scenic spots, resorts and theme parks.
2. 組織區(qū)域市場狀況調(diào)研，制定項目調(diào)研計劃并編制調(diào)研報告；
Organize the research of regional market conditions and formulate project research plan and compile the investigation report
3. 組織研究公司各項目的項目定位，目標市場，編制項目的市場定位報告；
Organize the study purpose of the company project positioning, target market and prepare the project market positioning report.
4. 負責與合作方的溝通交流，準確把握客戶需求和期望，能與客戶建立良好的合作關(guān)系；
Responsible for communicating with our partner, accurately understand the needs and expectations of customers and establish good cooperation with customers.
5. 把握項目理念方向和項目進度，組織協(xié)調(diào)項目團隊為客戶提供高質(zhì)量的解決方案；
Grasp the idea of direction and process of project, and to organize and coordinate the project team to provide high quality solutions to our customers.
6. 參與項目總體規(guī)劃和圖紙方案評審工作；
Participate in the review work of project planning and drawing plan review work
7. 配合完成公司安排的其他工作。
Coordinate and complete other work assigned by the company.
任職要求：
1. 旅游規(guī)劃、地理學(xué)、園林觀景等專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，
Bachelor degree or above, major in tourism planning, geography, landscape and so on.
2. 五年以上旅游規(guī)劃或旅游策劃工作經(jīng)驗，曾主持參與過5個以上知名旅游城市、度假區(qū)或主題公園等標志性規(guī)劃者優(yōu)先考慮；
At least 5 years experience of tourism planning or tourism programming, used to host or participated in over 5 well-known tourist city, resorts and theme parks iconic planners is preferred.
3. 熟悉中國國內(nèi)旅游咨詢與旅游規(guī)劃規(guī)范和標準；熟悉西方先進國家的旅游咨詢與旅游規(guī)劃理念和方法；
Be familiar with the domestic tourism consulting in China and the planning norms and standards; Be familiar with the consulting of advanced western countries and planning ideas and methods.
4. 具備扎實的旅游業(yè)知識，熟悉旅游消費市場，熟練掌握旅游項目策劃的全部操作流程。
Possess solid knowledge of tourism industry, familiar with tourism consumption market, be skillfully master all the operation process of tourism project planning.
5. 具備較強的溝通、組織管理、項目管理、協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)籌等能力和經(jīng)驗。
Possess skills and experiences at communication, organization management, project management and overall coordination.
6. 具備較強的專業(yè)能力和文案撰寫能力，較強的理論研究水平和解決問題的能力，能充分展現(xiàn)并表達項目理念和設(shè)計內(nèi)容。
Possess strong professional ability and document writing ability, theoretical research level and the ability of solving problems, also can fully demonstrate and express project concept and design content.
7. 了解規(guī)劃設(shè)計各方面知識，以及規(guī)劃設(shè)計的工作環(huán)節(jié)與旅游規(guī)劃行業(yè)相關(guān)規(guī)范；
Understand the knowledge of planning and design, and the process of planning and design , and the related specification with tourism planning
8. 有創(chuàng)新思維和高效工作習(xí)慣，較強的責任感、親和力和團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
Creative thinking and efficient work habits, a strong sense of responsibility, affinity and team leadership are required.
